Fraud Prevention & Chargeback Policy
At TripsCalm, we take fraudulent activity seriously and actively monitor all transactions for suspicious behavior. By placing an order with us, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms.
Order Verification
All orders are subject to verification and review. We reserve the right to cancel any order we reasonably believe to be fraudulent or placed with incorrect information. In such cases, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method.
Chargebacks & Disputes
A chargeback occurs when a customer disputes a charge with their bank or card provider rather than contacting us directly to resolve the issue.
We strongly encourage all customers to contact us first at uhomebuy@gmail.com before initiating any dispute. In most cases, we are able to resolve issues quickly and to your satisfaction without the need for a chargeback.
Please be aware of the following before initiating a chargeback:
- All orders are tracked and we retain full records of every transaction, including order confirmation, shipping confirmation, tracking data, and delivery status
- Initiating a chargeback on a legitimate transaction — one that was delivered as described — constitutes fraud and may be treated as such
- We submit full evidence packages to our payment processor and bank in response to every chargeback, including proof of delivery, tracking records, and communication history
- Fraudulent chargebacks have a low success rate when merchants provide sufficient evidence, and may result in your account being flagged by your bank or card provider
- In cases of clear fraud, we reserve the right to pursue recovery through available legal channels
What Constitutes Fraudulent Chargeback Activity
The following are considered illegitimate chargeback reasons and will be disputed:
- Claiming an item was not received when tracking confirms delivery
- Claiming an item was not as described when the product matches its listing
- Initiating a chargeback after a refund has already been issued
- Initiating a chargeback without first contacting us to attempt resolution

Legitimate refund requests are always honored in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy. We ask only that customers follow the proper process before escalating to their bank or card provider.
