Order Cancellations

Once the 1-hour window has passed, your order will have been processed and sent to fulfillment. At that point, we are unable to cancel or modify your order.
Returns & Refunds
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a refund once you have received your order.
To be eligible for a refund:

- The item must be unused and in its original condition
- You must provide your order number and reason for the return
